Organization & Support

The EML has been participating several times in youth exchange projects, the EML president, Andris Gobiņš, has been trainer for the National Youth Agency, covering all necessary EVS trainings: Pre-departure, on arrival, mid term and follow up. Trainings in other Youth programme related topics have been also designed and implemented.

We will arrange intense language courses during the first months of the project. We will provide the volunteer’s personal supervision (mentor) and work-related support and/or training, to support the integration into the project, the organisation and the local community.

We will organise the necessary support, mentoring and mediation, such as for intercultural communication and crisis management, to support the volunteer in the writing of evaluation/reports and to support the volunteer in follow-up and valorisation activities connected to the project.

The volunteer will live in an own room with shared bath room and kitchen.
