Selection Criteria for the project "Europe Works!"

When we get applications, we exceedingly check:
  • experience in civil society engagement
  • high motivation
  • ability to work independently and self-responsibly
  • very good English skills, if possible even some knowledge of Latvian or if not then the willingness to learn this language
  • staying for the whole time (12 month)
  • willingness to change things for the better
